This collaboration promotes cultural and ethnic diversity while attracting talented individuals to technical roles. It helps underprivileged and unrecognized individuals – such as veterans, minorities, and low-income students – gain access to Udacity’s courses and mentorship programs, gearing them for a successful career in AI/ML.

Who Can Apply?
Students over 16, currently attending high school or college, aspiring for a career in AI/ML, yet considering themselves underrepresented, can apply for the program.

What To Expect From The Program?
AI Programming with Python Nanodegree Program | Udacity
In this course, you will master the essentials for creating your own neural networks, including Python, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, PyTorch, and Linear Algebra.
The program will gain you access to Udacity’s Nanodegree learning program on AI, named AI Programming with Python.
During the course of this program, students will learn a variety of different concepts and skills pertaining to AI and its application in the world.
Some of these include:
- The different data types in Python
- Operators in python
- NumPy
- Matplotlib
- Backpropagation
- Training of neural networks
- Vector visualization
The program includes hands-on projects that will enable students to apply their skills to actual projects.
Students will get to create their own image classifiers and build neural networks, etc. as part of the program, students also get to attend virtual programs hosted by professionals in the industry including software engineers and web developers who have already successfully established a career in AI or ML.
They can also get mentorships and feedback from Udacity and Amazon Web Services advisors.
Not only this, scholarship students also get access to Udacity’s AWS Generative AI course, worth $250. The program was recently launched earlier this year and provides in-depth knowledge of generational AI, from basics to practical applications.
